Our Head Chef Phil Neal and his team take pride in creating inspired dishes for all the restaurant menus. Choices are influenced by the season and what is available through our suppliers.  Wherever possible all meats, fish, vegetables and dairy products are sourced close to home and delivered daily so they are completely fresh for the highest nutritional value and the fullest of flavour. 

 

For those dry ingredients that cannot be fresh and locally sourced we fully support our local West Country businesses.
